Thai beef salad - made easy

Thai Beef Salad: 

Stir fry two portions of lean beef and satay with honey and soy sauce or grab a packet mix that you prefer and fry until crispy or just how you like it. 
Throw in one chopped zucchini, handful of sliced mushroom, 1 red capsicum cut into thick pieces.
Prepare a bowl with lettuce or rice if you want something substantial as your base and pour the mixture on top.
Add a handful of crispy noodles to garnish.

Easy healthy meal for two made in approximately 10 minutes - easy as.
